MAPS Multilateral Academic Projects is a competition announced by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), which promotes international projects carried out by scientists from research units: Switzerland, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Romania. The competition is financed from the so-called Swiss funds, under an agreement with the European Union.
