Items included in the XXII Conference on Advances in Organic Synthesis:
 

		accommodation for 4 nights
		all group meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
		refreshments during coffee breaks (coffee, tea, water, etc.)
		social events
		conference materials

Payment of conference fees:

The payment should be made by a credit card payment  or a bank transfer. The Conference Team will confirm the payments upon receiving them by e-mail within five workdays.

Important notice for Young Scientists
(Students and PhD Students)

Organizers have limited resources, which enable the payment of the cost of registration (without travel expenses) of a number of students and doctoral candidates. Applications for such a grant can be sent to the following address: aos2009@icho.edu.pl by the 15^th of April 2009.

What is needed to obtain the grant :

a) registration form on the website should be filled in

b) abstract of contribution should be sent

c) reference letter from supervisor will be an additional asset
 

The decision of the grants will be announced by e-mail by 30 April 2009.

Cancellation policy:

Payment cancellations made by June, the 1^st are entitle to a refund decluded by 20% of administrative costs. After that date, refund requests will not be honored.
